The
Clock may be hired out to organisations who are not a member of TCS
at a charge of £60 per event.
This
fee covers a single event and the clock may be collected up to 48
hours before the event and must be returned within 48 hours of the
event ending.
Longer
periods of hire may be agreed on request.
Non-TCS
hire will require a refundable deposit of £500 to be lodged with
TCS prior to hire.
Members of the TCS are expected
to fully insure the clock when it is in their possession either
through a Third Party scheme or through their EA or ARC affiliation.
External hirers are also
expected to fully insure The Clock up to its replacement cost when
borrowed from TCS.
The
Clock will be inspected for damage on its return, and the cost of
repairing any damage will be charged in full to the club last in
possession of The Clock.
