Tuesdays - Adults Circuit Training with Andy Harding, 7pm Scaldgate YC Whittlesey

 

Wednesday - Manor Leisure Centre Whittlesey 7 pm Adults 3-7 miles at various paces

 

Thursday - Bootcamp at Thorney Park 7pm with Andy Harding

 

Sundays and variations to the above see events events pages for additional races and training. Friday  3& 5 k sessions are summer (light night) events.

You do not have to be a member to train with us but we do recommend you contact us first by email  to get an idea of the speeds we run.

If you are a member but cannot make our sessions, we can advise on training. Just let us know your level and how many nights a week you can train.
